  1. Short:    Generates Chat Top 10 and more! (MST/X)

  6. Chat-O-Meter keeps track of all the chat times with users and is
  7. capable of generating a Chat-O-Top of the 10 longest chats. Also,
  8. after every chat a little report is shown, with the following
  9. information:
  10. - Time of this chat
  11. - Overall number of this chat (sysop)
  12. - Overall number of this chat (user)
  13. - Total chat time (sysop)
  14. - Total chat time (user)
  15. - Total chat time today (sysop)

  17. The bulletin was designed by Stezothetic (sTZ) and contains the day
  18. record and a top 10 of the longest chatters.

  20. The program is fully configurable via tooltypes in the supplied icons.
